This full-time, permanent Senior Capital Equipment Project Manager - Engineering Focus career opportunity is at a company recognized for their excellence in their industry. Employees have the ability to move to other parts of the company if that is of interest. All fabrication is done in-house. Engineers get to see their SolidWorks designs made on the shopfloor. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience specifically managing the lifecycle of industrial capital equipment is required
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on custom or industrial capital equipment.
  • Must have a clean criminal record due to customer and internship safety policies.
  • A solid work history with demonstrated abilities in people skills and client interfacing.
  • The ability to travel 20% to 40% in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with a valid passport.
  • A US citizen or possess a green card.
  • A residence within 45 minutes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sheet metal or heat recovery is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of industrial capital equipment projects from initial planning to final commissioning.
  • Work with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Conduct engineering calculations for key components and track project costs.
  • Organize requirements for installation and provide on-site supervision as needed.
  • Communicate with all departments regarding timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time.
