Coordinate and track equipment installation, qualification, and maintenance projects, leveraging reports, dashboards, and checklists for progress monitoring. Align internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve on-time, within-budget performance objectives for equipment-related projects. Monitor and report project cost performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with process, manufacturing, and facilities teams on equipment design, upgrades, and optimization projects. Investigate and resolve equipment-related obstacles, applying root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions. Maintain strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including vacuum systems, robotics, and process chambers. Provide hands-on support for technical troubleshooting of equipment failures, including hardware, electrical, and control systems. Works within broad guidelines and policies to achieve project goals. Demonstrates practical expertise in equipment engineering and project management. Basic understanding of related disciplines such as process integration, facilities, and automation. Knowledge of industry best practices for equipment reliability, uptime, and cost optimization. Awareness of competitive technologies and differentiation factors in semiconductor equipment. Acts as a resource for less experienced engineers and technicians. May lead small-scale equipment projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Communicates technical and project information clearly. Builds consensus across engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
