Senior Capital Project Manager
About The Position
The Capital Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of maintenance equipment replacement projects and energy initiative projects across the enterprise. This role collaborates closely with divisional project managers to develop strategies, ensure alignment with approved capital plans, and drive successful project execution. The manager oversees project documentation, vendor coordination, and budget adherence, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with company standards and best practices. The Corporate Capital Sr. Project Manager exercises authority over moderately difficult to complex projects, prepares and presents return on investment (ROI) analyses, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. The Capital Sr. Project Manager serves as a key partner in optimizing maintenance and energy capital spend, supporting operational excellence and sustainability goals.
