In this role, you will be part of the Emerging Talent & Careers team, leading strategic efforts to attract, engage, and hire top early‑career talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers, program leads and recruiting colleagues across the full recruiting lifecycle—from outreach and candidate engagement to interviews, offers, and intern conversion. As a Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist with a strong focus on attracting top talent with diverse experience, skills, and perspectives, you will collaborate closely with the Diversity Program Manager to build and execute strategies that strengthen our talent pipeline. This includes leading recruiting efforts at partner schools and cultivating relationships with national diversity organizations (e.g., MLT, SWE, SHPE, O4U) as well as early-identification student programs. This position will report to the Engineering Intern Recruiting Team Lead. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
