About The Position
CTG is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Transformation Consultant to guide banking clients through strategic transformation initiatives. Focus on optimizing core banking operations, back-office processes, and integrating third-party services to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services transformation or migration projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with transaction banking solutions and client deployment models.
- Technical analysis and hands-on data interpretation for business recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of marketing, communications, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Advanced degrees/certifications a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead banking transformation projects: lending, settlements, compliance, record management, mobile & internet banking, branch operations.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Scaled Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Analyze datasets to inform strategic recommendations and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Engage clients and manage stakeholder relationships with professionalism and diplomacy.
