In your job role as an IT Senior BSA, you will review, analyze, and evaluate user needs and systems experiences to document, design, customize, and advise on building solutions that support overall business strategies and improve quality, efficiency for processes and understanding the use of existing or new systems. The IT Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between technical staff and users to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of impacted systems and reporting. The Senior BSA role is a liaison between technical staff and stakeholders to implement and maximize the use of mortgage and reporting systems, within the technology department. You’ll deliver strategic project implementations following the business and technical road maps, alongside business, technical and vendor teams while partnering with Product, Security, and Operations teams. You will own the project request scoping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder review of enhancements and new systems. You should have a solid understanding of technical project workflows, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving attitude in a mortgage technology business environment.
