About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Business Sourcer The ideal candidate has a proven track record of partnering with a team of Coordinators and Recruiters focused on passive candidate search and developing pipelines of talent for positions across Revenue, Marketing, and other business lanes. Candidates must be able to successfully manage and prioritize several concurrent searches against tight timelines. Every day is different at Ibotta, so being able to adapt to change is a must. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business sourcing / recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years in an in-house recruiting environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience sourcing for a Sales org is highly preferred
  • Proven success delivering passive pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume Sales teams
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of creative sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
  • ATS experience (Workday is ideal) with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • A proactive vs reactive, sourcing mindset with the confidence to communicate insights, challenges, and recommendations directly to leaders
  • Flexibility to jump in and support searches across any vertical of the business whenever bandwidth shifts or high-priority roles emerge
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing efforts across our entire business organization, primarily focused on our Sales & Marketing teams
  • Partner closely with Sales Recruiters and Sales Leadership to understand evolving hiring needs, team dynamics, and success profiles across all of our GTM teams
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for key sales functions, including: enterprise, emerging, sales enablement, revenue strategy & operations, and product marketing roles
  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive talent through advanced research, market mapping, and multi-channel outreach
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives including continuous improvement related to all sourcing techniques and process flows while leveraging technology / automation
  • Influence hiring teams with data-driven recommendations around talent market realities and sourcing prioritization
  • Conduct competitive research and talent mapping to identify org structures, top performers, and emerging skill sets in the Sales landscape
