About The Position

The Business Process & IT Integration Director / Senior Manager plays a critical role at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Digital Enablement. This position is responsible for translating real-world commercial and operational needs into scalable business processes, governance models, and system solutions that drive measurable results. Acting as a strategic bridge between business teams and IT, this role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to ensure that how the business wants to operate is accurately reflected in how systems, data, and processes are designed and executed. The successful candidate brings a deep, practical understanding of how sales organizations truly run and the ability to convert business intent into executable, sustainable solutions. This role is ideal for a senior professional who is equally comfortable discussing sales incentives and order flows with commercial leaders as they are defining system logic, data rules, and requirements with IT teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience across sales operations, supply chain, finance, process management, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across business, IT, and senior management in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong, practical understanding of sales and commercial operations beyond theoretical or consulting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience translating business requirements into system implementations or platform enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence diverse stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, EDI, BI, or integrated enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to multi-country, multi-system, or multi-product operating environments.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a data-driven mindset.
  • Background in consumer electronics, retail, or B2B sales organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and system execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of core sales and operational processes, including Order-to-Cash, pricing and promotions, inventory and fulfillment, customer fees, compliance, and claims management.
  • Translate business goals, pain points, and management expectations into standardized end-to-end processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and clear system requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional process reviews spanning Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and After-Sales to identify inefficiencies and structural gaps.
  • Diagnose issues such as manual workarounds, Excel dependency, unclear ownership, and fragmented system landscapes.
  • Design integrated solutions that combine process redesign, policy alignment, and system enablement to improve efficiency and control.
  • Lead or play a key role in ERP, CRM, EDI, BI, and internal platform initiatives from a business architecture and process perspective.
  • Convert management intent and operational needs into executable system logic, data structures, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with how the business operates day-to-day-not just how it looks on paper.
  • Define and implement key process KPIs, data definitions, and governance standards aligned with business and finance objectives.
  • Promote digitization, data transparency, and exception-based management across commercial and operational processes.
  • Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, control, and operational visibility through disciplined execution.
