About The Position

Boeing Global Services Senior Business Operations Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Global Services Quality, Operations, and Execution Business Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team in either Philadelphia, PA, Jacksonville, FL, or Charleston, SC. This role will be supporting the Global Field Operations organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team. This role not only requires a strategic mindset, but the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment. Successful candidates are natural self-starters who are agile with the ability to quickly adapt in an environment with competing priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools.
• 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions
• 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
• Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple competing priorities

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years’ experience working in Business Operations, or related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Adept problem solving ability and a high level of emotional intelligence
• Defense platform experience
