About The Position

At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development, facilitate meaningful relationships, and inspire people to go further in their education and careers. We do this by giving smart, creative, passionate people opportunities to create awesome. And that's where you come in: The BizOps team is the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and impact. We partner with executives to align goals, clarify priorities, and ensure progress toward Instructure’s most important strategic initiatives. As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you’ll act as an enterprise problem-solver and operator — translating strategy into execution through structured frameworks, data-driven insights, and disciplined follow-through. You’ll directly own high-priority initiatives and serve as a thought partner to business leaders, helping the company scale its operational excellence and make better, faster decisions.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to increase speed and efficiency
  • Partner with the Director and executive sponsors to evolve the company’s operating rhythm (OKRs, QBRs, Growth Council)
  • Mentor Analysts and Managers; contribute to BizOps best practices and templates

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, plus all full-time employees participate in our ownership program - because everyone should have a stake in our success.
  • Flexible work culture. Our remote, hybrid and in-office collaboration spaces vary by role, team and location.
