We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Commercial Operations team. This role will report to the Business Development Manager and be responsible for 3 key areas: prospecting new accounts/ scheduling meetings that turn into opportunities; sales support for pre determined Enterprise accounts, and being a Team Lead for other BDRs. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, works effectively in a cross-functional environment, and is eager to learn and solve problems quickly and efficiently. A key strength is their ability to conduct thorough research on prospects, identifying subtle details that others often miss. Finally, this individual is ambitious and looks towards having a strong future in sales or BDR Management, as they will have an amazing opportunity for guidance and mentorship here at Hinge Health.
