Senior Business Development Representative We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team and play a foundational role in building and proving our outbound motion. This is a unique opportunity to be the first and only BDR focused on targeting and developing well-established mail programs. In this role, you won’t just execute—you’ll help design workflows, establish repeatable processes, and validate what great looks like for outbound prospecting at Lob. Success in year one will position you to scale the function, helping to hire, onboard, and grow a BDR team that delivers a consistent pipeline across our three segments of Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from the ground up.
