Covington & Burling, a prominent global Am Law 35 firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives for its M&A and Securities & Capital Markets practices within their Corporate group. This highly visible role is central to driving practice growth, working in close partnership with practice leaders and a high -performing business development and marketing team to strengthen and advance the firm’s competitive position. The Senior Manager will lead high-impact business development, marketing, and communications efforts, requiring exceptional stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and a sophisticated understanding of how corporate practices compete and succeed in the market.
