About The Position

The  Senior Business Development Manager position is a revenue-driving, client-facing sales professional responsible for generating new business and growing key accounts within the large-format, wide-format, and experiential graphics market. This role is ideal for a proven seller with hands-on large print sales experience who understands production workflows, materials, pricing, and installation requirements. The successful candidate will bring industry relationships, actively pursue new opportunities, and position Exploring Graphics as a preferred graphics partner in the Las Vegas market and beyond. This is not an account service role. The primary responsibility is bringing in business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of large-format / wide-format graphics sales experience
  • Proven track record of new business development and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of: Large-format print production workflows, Materials (vinyl, fabric, rigid substrates, wallcoverings, laminates), Finishing and installation methods, Pricing and margin considerations
  • Experience selling to trade show, event, retail, hospitality, or experiential clients
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Hunter mentality with strong closing skills
  • Relationship-driven and client-focused
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Able to balance sales goals with production realities
  • Professional presence representing a high-end graphics brand

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Las Vegas trade show or experiential market
  • Existing book of business or established industry relationships
  • Experience selling fast-turn or high-volume graphic projects

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to drive sales
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site walks
  • Develop proposals and pricing in collaboration with estimating and production teams
  • Represent Exploring Graphics at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows
  • Meet or exceed established sales and revenue targets
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients
  • Maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction while driving repeat business
  • Possess strong working knowledge of large-format graphics estimating
  • Collaborate with production, finishing, and installation teams to: Scope projects accurately, Select appropriate materials and production methods, Validate pricing, timelines, and feasibility
  • Clearly communicate scope, assumptions, and constraints to clients
  • Support smooth handoff from sales to production
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Production, Finishing, and Install teams
  • Participate in internal planning and scheduling discussions as needed
  • Address client issues quickly while protecting company interests
