Overview This is not a SaaS sales role, and it is not a transactional services role. We are seeking a senior, consultative business development leader who has built their career inside high-end digital product consultancies, strategy and experience agencies, engineering-led consultancies, or boutique high-signal studios. You understand how complex, custom digital work is sold — not as a commodity, but as a strategic partnership. You have led bespoke, multi-stakeholder pursuits where problem definition is part of the sale. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, shaping opportunities alongside design and engineering leaders, and earning executive trust through insight — not just process. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will own relationships from first conversation through long-term expansion. You will position VGV as a strategic partner to product and technology leaders facing meaningful transformation, modernization, or innovation initiatives. If your background is primarily license-based selling, pure quota-carrying AE roles in SaaS, or staff augmentation–driven services sales, this role will not be a fit.
