As the fastest-growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Business Coaching Lead with the ambition to elevate the success of our rehab therapy partners while building scalable systems that make our Coaching and Success programs world-class. This founding role offers a unique opportunity to build, document, and scale the business coaching function at Prompt. The right person will combine strategic coaching expertise with operational excellence — defining repeatable processes, building educational programs, and helping shape how we deliver and grow our business coaching offering at scale. We’re doing something special here, and this role will be critical in taking Prompt, and our clients, to the next level. The Senior Business Coaching Lead will act as a strategic operator, builder, and coach, playing a foundational role in establishing scalable coaching systems that drive business growth and efficiency for Prompt’s rehab therapy partners. This role blends hands-on coaching with process design, program creation, and light GTM enablement. You’ll guide clinic owners and directors through best practices in growth, management, and technology adoption — while simultaneously designing the playbooks, frameworks, and educational products that make those lessons scalable across hundreds of customers. You’ll work closely with the Director of Coaching and key leaders in Success, Product, Operations, and Partnerships to document best practices, build repeatable systems, and develop courses that help clinic owners and operators thrive.
