About The Position

Based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, Pivot Path Solutions, LLC , is a government contracting and business solutions firm that offers enterprise IT solutions, strategic and acquisition planning, organizational development, and medical research and analytics services to help customers adapt and thrive in changing market conditions. Pivot Path Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Armed Services Blood Program Division (ASBPD) . The ASBPD is responsible for ensuring a sustained, secure, and safe blood supply for service members, veterans, and military families worldwide. Operating within DHA’s Operations (J-3), Strategy (J-5), and Education (J-7) directorates, ASBPD oversees a global network of Blood Donor Centers, Transfusion Services, Armed Services Whole Blood Processing Laboratories, and expeditionary blood support activities. The program maintains regulatory compliance with FDA and AABB standards while supporting both peacetime healthcare operations and wartime medical readiness. Key Responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst will provide data-driven analysis, strategic planning support, and business process improvement services to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and enterprise performance across the ASBP. This position requires strong analytical expertise, the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insights, and experience supporting DoD healthcare or logistics-focused programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in general business field OR Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with blood banking and blood regulations.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required, and all selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation. This includes meeting the eligibility requirements for access to classified information and the ability to obtain government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to background investigation including criminal history, employment verification, education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze data from EBMS-D, TMDS, and other ASBPD systems
  • Develop strategic studies and operational assessments
  • Conduct Organizational Development & Operational Assessments (ODOA)
  • Create dashboards, reports, and executive briefings
  • Support Business Transformation & Executive Information activities
  • Draft, track, and manage MOAs with civilian and federal partners
  • Develop KPI metrics aligned to ASBP Strategic Plan
  • Present findings at ASBPIC monthly meetings
  • Provide management analytics and administrative management support
  • Generate and analyze data from EBMS-D, TMDS, and other ASBPD systems
