Summary The Services Process Transformation (SPT) team is responsible for designing, testing and implementing changes to processes, technology and organization in order to transform CDW services and drive toward its growth objectives. The Senior Business Analyst, Services Process Transformation role works closely with business leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current state processes, validate and quantify the value of the opportunity being assessed, develop a business case around future state recommendations and assist with the implementation of those recommendations. This role performs business and functional requirements gathering, takes part in business solution design and systems analysis. This role also documents, measures and optimizes key business processes from end-to-end.
