About The Position

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, and Basecamp Fitness, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its team. This is a great position for someone who is looking to expand their career, and join a company with a fun, fast-paced and inspirational culture. The Senior Business Analyst – Product Team plays a critical role in supporting global product strategy, discovery, and launch execution across the company’s digital ecosystem. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Brand teams, regional market leaders, field operations, and franchise owners to standardize requirements, measure impact, support feature rollouts, and ensure that new capabilities deliver measurable value. You will act as a connective tissue across global product, marketing, operations, and franchise networks — translating business needs into clear requirements, insights, documentation, and decision-ready recommendations. Strategic Partnership & Requirements Partner closely with Product Managers and Brand teams to deeply understand business objectives, growth targets, operational nuances, and customer needs. Support the discovery and standardization of requirements across brands and regions, documenting required local adaptations with clear rationale. Translate business and user needs into clear, structured documentation (user stories, flows, requirements, acceptance criteria) for engineering and product. Cross-Functional Alignment Act as a bridge between global brand stakeholders, field teams, franchisees, and the product/tech organization to ensure continuous alignment and structured feedback loops. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and market-specific reviews to capture local needs and align global product direction. Launch Execution & Support Lead execution of key initiatives from discovery → kick-off → launch, including readiness planning, requirement validation, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking. Manage support / hyper-care for new product or feature launches, ensuring smooth adoption, rapid issue resolution, and data-driven iteration. Partner with field and franchise teams to ensure local markets understand the “why,” “how,” and expected impact of new features. Data, KPIs & Business Value Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform adoption, utilization, satisfaction, and ROI. Support cost-benefit and TCO analysis to confirm platform investments are delivering intended value. Partner with analytics teams to ensure product instrumentation and measurement plans are aligned with business goals. Documentation, Communication & Enablement Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including requirement specs, process flows, training guides, and launch materials. Provide clear, proactive communication tailored for global audiences — including executives, franchise owners, and regional operators. Help build scalable playbooks and repeatable processes for global product launches.
