Senior Business Analyst - Consumer Identity The Consumer Identity team is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for the Strategy and Analytics team to help us in our mission to protect our customers’ identities from Fraud and to help Capital One in its push to put customer centric analysis at the center of how we operate. Your role will be to help drive the strategy and analytics that we leverage in optimizing fraud prevention. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design and many others to deliver on one of the most critical dimensions of how Capital One defends the company and its customers against Fraud. This role will include work on items such as: Evaluating the effectiveness of new Identity tools, optimizing policy, and setting a strategic roadmap in partnership with our platform teams for the next generation of Identity defenses Analyzing, responding to and mitigating Fraud attacks in partnership with Lines of Business across the company to ensure our defenses keep pace with our attackers Establishing our Credit Risk management infrastructure foundations Create frameworks to assess our platforms existing customer experiences and interactions with customers to ID leverage points in reducing friction and drive customer satisfaction Exploring opportunities to leverage customer level data (i.e. cross-LOB behavioral) for Fraud & other high leverage use cases As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges.
