E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Identity Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Camp Smith, HI in support of SOCPAC. Special Operations Command Pacific plans, directs, and executes special operations across the Indo-Pacific region to advance U.S. national security objectives, strengthen allied and partner capabilities, and promote regional stability. SOCPAC integrates multi-domain special operations forces to conduct counterterrorism, unconventional warfare, foreign internal defense, information operations, and crisis response missions. Through persistent engagement, joint interoperability, and strategic partnership development, SOCPAC ensures readiness to deter aggression, respond to emerging threats, and enable a free and open Indo-Pacific.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree & minimum of 8 years of experience or equivalent blend of degree-level education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience conducting all-source identity intelligence; biometric analysis, document, and media exploitation, watchlist functions, and performing supporting tasks to identify previously unidentified nefarious personalities and groups.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience leading research teams associated with military, law enforcement, or identity intelligence missions or OSINT research and analysis.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Organize, analyze, and develop reliable intelligence products necessary to aid with situational understanding, support the development of plans and orders, and answer information requirements that have immediate or potential impact on SOCPAC's intelligence operations, personnel, and capabilities, and enhance situational understanding.
  • Perform all-source identity intelligence; biometric analysis, document, and media exploitation, watchlist functions, coordinate reach-back support for deployed forces, and perform supporting tasks to identify previously unidentified nefarious personalities and groups.
  • Act as team lead; supervise day-to-day activities of all contract personnel assigned to SOCPAC I2 Analysis Cell.
  • Manage accountability and ensure compliance with contract-specific and organizational administrative and training requirements for all contract personnel.
  • Assist military leadership regarding production assignments, analyst areas of focus, and special projects or tasks.
  • Assign, coordinate, and manage production tasks as required. Maintains production tracker.
  • Produce various I2 products; manage I2 information utilizing MS office tools as well as specialized software toolsets; create or modify biometric enrollment files and submit them to appropriate repositories for comparison in accordance with all applicable SOPs and standards.
  • Coordinate with tactical/ theater-level and national organizations regarding biometric intelligence information to facilitate information sharing and data synchronization.
  • Conduct analytic exchanges with IC partners and operational forces to identify intelligence requirements, maintain communications, maintain situational awareness, and coordinate production internal and external to the INDOPACOM AOR.
  • Utilize OSINT methods for initial exploitation and analysis of collected materials.
  • The Contractor shall maintain currency with all mandated and successor training, education, and experience requirements during contracted services, to include adherence to DoD 8570.01 and its successor guidance.
  • Contract personnel who do not meet the minimum government-defined training, education, and experience requirements shall not be engaged in said activity. If government-mandated training, education, and experience requirements change during the contract, Contractor shall ensure all contract personnel meet the updated requirements.
  • Contract personnel who do not have proper and current certifications will not conduct any activity related to Risk Management Level 0,1 or 2.
  • Research, evaluate, correlate, analyze, integrate, and interpret exploitation and biometric information for use by SOCPAC Commander, Key Leaders, component units, and analysts; produce products that are focused, relevant, and informative.
  • Prepare and present briefings related to individual products, and team operations (capabilities, activities, policy and legal framework, tradecraft) to SOCPAC Commander, key leaders, component units, and cleared international partners.
  • Provide I2 support to the planning and execution of exercises to include analysis and production for scenario development and road to war briefings, and active participation in the exercises.
  • Contribute cultural expertise and translation capabilities to assist in the understanding of exploited and biometric information.
