About the role: As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker. You'll support our Future Forward initiative focused on enhancing operational efficiency, accelerating product innovation, and providing a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end implementation and delivery processes.
  • Understanding of AI concepts and automation technologies
  • Experience working with agent-based and AI workflows
  • Familiarity with the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC)
  • A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.
  • Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
  • Experience with automation and orchestration technologies
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Project management experience
  • Process and journey mapping skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technical teams to Identify AI-driven opportunities
  • Develop use cases suitable for agents within the Agent Development Lifecycle
  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for AI-enabled workflows, ensuring clarify for both human and agent execution paths
  • Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency
  • Helping select hardware, software and vendors
  • Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct
  • Working with a global team to review, benchmark and quantify process optimization and acceleration opportunities
