About The Position

As a Business Analyst and Program Management Consultant, you will be a key leader in our digital transformation initiatives. This role is a hybrid of strategic business analysis and tactical program oversight, with an increasing focus on the implementation of Agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows. You will be responsible for defining project scope, gathering requirements, and ensuring that a portfolio of interrelated projects—including autonomous AI agents—aligns with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical AI teams will be critical to the success of the program.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a business analyst or program management role, with exposure to AI-driven digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex programs, from initial AI ideation to successful implementation.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders on AI roadmap priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Iterative AI Development.
  • Tooling: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and exposure to AI orchestration platforms.
  • Data & Analytics: Strong understanding of data concepts, vector databases, and BI tools to effectively guide AI engineering teams.
  • Certifications: PMP, PMI-PBA, or CSM are a bonus; certifications in Generative AI or Machine Learning are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Analysis: Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify strategic problems and opportunities for Agentic AI automation. Translate these into detailed, actionable requirements for technical teams to build multi-agent systems.
  • Program Management & Execution: Oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of interconnected projects, ensuring AI agent integration stays on track to achieve overall goals.
  • Requirements & Process Definition: Lead requirements-gathering workshops to document business processes, AI reasoning paths, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management: Act as the primary liaison between business, AI engineering, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on project scope and AI guardrails.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify program risks, including AI model drift or unintended autonomous behaviors, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Documentation: Ensure all program knowledge, including prompt engineering logic and process flows, is documented and transferred effectively.
