About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Columbia, Maryland clinic. This is a full-time, on-site role providing clinical leadership and oversight for pediatric ABA services.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to pediatric populations
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Columbia, MD clinic

Nice To Haves

  • Prior senior-level BCBA, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and ABA services to pediatric clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Ensure clinical quality and compliance with BACB ethical standards
  • Collaborate with Clinic Leadership on caseload management and staffing
  • Support parent training and caregiver collaboration
  • Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
