Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism in the Columbia, MD area. This full-time position is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and supervising behavior intervention plans, analyzing client progress, and providing supervision and clinical support to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure ethical, effective, and individualized treatment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Maryland
- Prior experience providing ABA services required
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families and clinical teams
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians preferred
