About The Position

With its A.I.-powered robotic technology platform, Symbotic is changing the way consumer goods move through the supply chain. What we need Exol is seeking a Senior BI Reporting Developer with deep IBM Cognos expertise to build enterprise-scale reporting for logistics and fulfillment. You will translate complex data from Manhattan Associates Active platforms (WMS/OMS/TMS) into actionable insights. This role partners with Data Engineering and Operations to optimize warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, and transportation performance. What we do Exol is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising. Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years in BI/Analytics development with a focus on IBM Cognos.
• Direct experience with Manhattan Active (WMS/OMS/TMS) data models and supply chain logistics.
• Advanced SQL, relational database concepts, and report performance tuning.
• Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX) or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing.
• Experience in 3PL, e-commerce, or omnichannel fulfillment environments.

Responsibilities

• BI Development: Design and maintain pixel-perfect, performance-optimized reports and dashboards using Cognos Analytics and Framework Manager.
• Manhattan Active Analytics: Build specialized reporting for warehouse labor performance, inventory availability, and end-to-end order fulfillment (picking/packing/shipping).
• Data Modeling: Translate Manhattan Active data structures into analytics-ready models; manage deployment, scheduling, and role-based security.
• Optimization: Troubleshoot data integrity issues and apply advanced SQL tuning to ensure high-performance report execution.
• Support & Documentation: Maintain logic documentation and manage production enhancements, change requests, and release validation.
• Platform Evolution: Support broader BI strategies by developing visualizations in Power BI or Looker Studio as needed.
