Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting comprehensive benefits strategies that optimize employee satisfaction and retention while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulatory standards. What you'll do: Financial and Data Analysis: Performing and interpreting financial analysis of benefit plan trends, developing and analyzing data to evaluate trends, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of benefits programs. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring all benefits programs comply with Affordable Care Act (ACA), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and other legal or regulatory requirements, while interpreting benefit plans, insurance policy documents, and collective bargaining contracts. Strategic Planning and Vendor Management: Developing benefits strategies aligned with business objectives, managing relationships with vendors/benefits providers, and negotiating contracts to secure the best value. Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to interpretation of collective bargaining contracts, project management, employee engagement, and/or risk management.
