The Sr. Benefits Analyst is a senior-level subject matter expert for health, welfare, and voluntary benefit programs, providing guidance on plan administration, compliance, and complex issue resolution. The position partners closely with Benefits leadership to support renewals, vendor management, program enhancements, and data-driven analysis. It manages key vendor relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers high-touch support to HR partners, managers, and employees, while proactively identifying, leading, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance benefits processes, cost management, and the overall employee experience.
