The Senior Benefits Analyst Supports the Broadridge Benefits team in the delivery and administration of leave policies across the organization. This role acts as a subject matter expert for leave of absence (LOA), time-off policies, and financial protection programs for eligible U.S. associates. The Specialist provides guidance and support to associates, managers, and HR partners, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include policy interpretation, leave tracking, vendor management, payroll coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering leave of absence, disability, and time-off policies within a medium to large organization.
  • Knowledge of multi-state leave requirements and related regulations.
  • Experience with HR systems such as ADP Payroll (GlobalView), Workday, or ServiceNow (or comparable platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar credential strongly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Broadridge’s leave of absence, disability, and financial protection benefit programs in partnership with third-party vendors in alignment with company policy, plan provisions, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among associates, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external leave administrators throughout the duration of an associate’s leave.
  • Manage and resolve escalated participant issues by researching and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
  • Provide consultative support on leave and benefits policies, ensuring consistent application and clear communication to managers and associates.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure salary continuation and third-party offsets are accurately applied.
  • Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures and process workflows; proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Stay current with evolving federal, state, and local leave and benefits regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Support compliance and audit activities related to leave administration and benefits programs, including reporting and documentation.
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and projects, providing operational and project management support as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support for broader benefits programs, including plan interpretation, payroll deductions, invoice processing, and benefits communications.
  • Monitor and audit data interfaces between Broadridge systems and vendor partners to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
