The Manager, Benefits & Leaves is responsible for the administration, promotion, compliance, and the employee experience of the companies benefits and leave programs. You must be passionate about helping people. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential to the success of this role. You will be responsible for helping create, and the managing, administrating, and presenting benefit & leave of absence programs. This includes the annual open enrollment process, educating employees, and promoting wellness. This will be a “hands-on” role. You will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resource COE’s.
