About role: The Global Senior Benefits Administrator is a key member of the Total Rewards team responsible for the day‑to-day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of employee benefits across multiple countries. This role partners closely with vendors, brokers, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure that benefit programs are compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with our Total Rewards philosophy. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on benefits operations expert who thrives in complex global environments and demonstrates strong proficiency in HRIS/benefits administration platforms. They provide best‑in-class employee support with accuracy, clarity, and empathy across health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs.
