Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B marketer, ideally in professional services or similar industries
  • Hands-on experience building and running full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling messaging and visuals
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools such as Zoho, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with SEO, conversion optimization, email marketing automation, and performance analytics
  • Ability to work independently with accountability, balancing creativity with strategic execution
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, paid channels, and events
  • Manage content creation, editing, and curation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and positioning
  • Oversee website management, landing pages, SEO, and conversion optimization to maximize lead generation
  • Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and key marketing KPIs
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate growth objectives into actionable marketing strategies
  • Manage marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, email, design, and content management systems
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all channels and materials
