The Audit & Assurance team provides traditional attestation services, accounting, and consulting on applying accounting principles, demonstrating deep specialization and dedication to audit quality. This role is for an Audit Senior Manager with experience in the Public Sector industry vertical, specifically with Non Profit and Higher Education clients. As an Audit Senior Manager, the individual will lead teams, gain deep industry insight, and grow client relationships, supported by executive leadership and team resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience in external audit working with Non Profit and Higher Education clients.
• Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with clients and adequately work on multiple engagements and teams.
• Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
• Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
• Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned tasks.
• Licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or being able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.

• Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise.
• Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
• Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies.
• Staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position.
