We are seeking an HR Systems Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our HRIS Applications team supporting and optimizing our core HR technology platforms, including SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow HRSD ticket management. This role is ideal for an early-career analyst with 2+ years’ experience who is eager to grow their technical and functional expertise while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team. The HR Systems Analyst will provide tier-one production support, assist with system administration and monitoring, and contribute to enhancements, releases and projects that improve HR processes and employee experience. You will work alongside experienced analysts and HR partners, gaining exposure to systems analysis principles, release management, integrations and vendor collaboration, while building a strong foundation in enterprise HR technology. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, solution-oriented, system-minded, collaborative and able to think critically with minimal direction.
