Who You’ll Work With: We are seeking a Minneapolis based Senior End User Technician to join our End User Technology team in Global Technology & Operations. What You’ll Do: Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripherals. Handle escalations from the Service Desk and junior technicians. Perform root‑cause analysis and propose improvements. Support laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and workstation setups. Manage installation, configuration, and deployment of devices and applications. Participate in lifecycle management including imaging, patching, and upgrades. Document procedures and troubleshooting steps. Deliver high‑quality customer service and communicate IT events. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams. Support corporate security tools, MFA platforms, and endpoint protection. Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise with Windows OS, endpoint management tools, and collaboration apps.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting virtual desktop environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Team‑oriented with mentoring ability.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels, including executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security tools and mobile device management.
  • Certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft modern desktop.
