Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program estimation, implementation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of medium to large complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder consensus through effective business communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs within a program framework.
  • Proficiency in technology strategy alignment and understanding of emerging systems and market standards.
  • Skilled in project planning, continuous improvement, change management, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions supporting organizational goals.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity.
  • Monitor and control program progress, addressing risks and dependencies to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven presentations.
  • Manage financial aspects including procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
  • Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support technology strategy integration and provide expert guidance on process improvements.
