The Senior Associate supports both local and brand-level marketing initiatives while managing the day-to-day operational needs of the retail fleet. This role bridges the gap between marketing strategy and in-store execution, ensuring consistent brand representation, effective event activation, and seamless coordination between cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, field marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an eye for brand presentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Local Marketing Support: Execute localized marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and awareness. Partner with the field and store teams to activate events, promotions, and community partnerships. Track marketing performance and report on store-level ROI and customer engagement metrics
  • Brand Marketing Execution: Support rollout of brand campaigns across stores, ensuring proper execution of visual, media, and promotional elements. Coordinate asset delivery, signage distribution, and campaign communications. Partner with the creative and brand marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment to brand standards.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily requests from stores related to marketing materials, events, or operational support. Maintain organized marketing calendars, event trackers, and expense documentation. Support process improvement across marketing operations for greater efficiency and speed to market.
  • Event & Activation Management: Assist with planning and executing store openings, seasonal activations, and community engagement events. Handle vendor coordination, budget tracking, and post-event recaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, field leadership, visual merchandising, and analytics to align marketing efforts with business goals. Communicate key priorities, updates, and timelines across the organization.
