About The Position

Wayfair's Global Sales team is seeking a collaborative, analytical-oriented Senior Associate to join the Global Revenue Operations team (GRO). GRO's mission is to partner with the Global Sales teams to craft and execute strategy, driving operational improvements that accelerate program performance to consistently exceed sales targets. This role will act as the direct GRO partner for the Enterprise Sales program. You will partner with Sales, Analytics, and internal Enablement teams to optimize sales workflows, processes, and tooling. The ultimate goal is to enhance the experience for both our customers and our sales agents, enabling the team to build stronger relationships and better serve customer needs. This scope includes proactively monitoring performance, creating data-driven action plans, and executing medium- to long-term project initiatives through effective project ownership and executive business reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in a role such as sales operations, program management, or consulting, with a focus on supporting sales or other front-office teams.
  • Data Literacy: Proficiency in interpreting reports to generate insights and make informed recommendations. Experience with tools like G-Suite (Sheets), Looker, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: A demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into structured, logical, and actionable steps
  • Stakeholder Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand diverse perspectives, tailor messaging for different audiences, and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and execution skills, with a track record of managing initiatives, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Adaptability & Collaboration: A passion for working collaboratively to drive operational improvements and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Program Performance: Serve as the subject matter expert on Enterprise Sales performance by continuously analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and gathering qualitative input through connectivity with sellers to identify underlying trends, diagnose risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop Strategic Roadmap: Own and manage the six-month strategic and cross-functional roadmap for the Enterprise Sales program. You will translate performance insights, business needs and cross-functional input into a clear, prioritized pipeline of projects and initiatives.
  • Drive Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of GRO-owned roadmap initiatives (primarily focused on enhancing sales workflows). This includes scoping project requirements, defining clear deliverables, coordinating cross-functional resources, managing timelines, and communicating progress to ensure successful, on-time delivery of key milestones.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews: Prepare and lead weekly business reviews with sales leadership and executive stakeholders. You will present data-driven performance diagnoses, report on initiative progress, and develop short-term action plans to address immediate challenges or accelerate positive trends.
