As a Senior Associate on the RIA Sales team, you will partner closely with one or more regional leads to support the firm’s efforts with Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) relationships. A high-performing entrepreneurial spirit, operational approach, and alternatives expertise are the central characteristics for an Ares hire. For the Wealth Management Solutions team, the ideal Associate candidate is an alternative investment industry professional with a proven track record of providing effective support for sourcing and cultivating alternative investment advisor partnerships within their geography. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to drive Ares’ investment solutions as a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset will lead to success in this role.
