About The Position

This role leads the optimization and post-go-live integration of RADAR’s platform across pilot and fleet deployments. You will act as the main liaison between RADAR’s engineering organization and retail customers, ensuring ongoing success and scale of the solution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to surface performance issues, quantify performance, and implement improvements to maximize value for the customer.

Requirements

You have 4+ years experience in project coordination, technical support, or implementation.
You have experience working across technical and customer-facing teams.
You have proficiency in project tracking tools and implementation documentation.
You have demonstrated success working cross-functionally across engineering and customer teams.
You have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice To Haves

You have a background in retail, including one or more of the following: Inventory Management, retail technology deployment, Solutions Associate, or IT Systems/Information Management.
You have a Lean or Six Sigma training.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer/Data science or related field.
