About the Team The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Sr. Associate of Product Management for Incentive Structures, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes. This highly collaborative and user-centric position involves defining new incentive marketing structures that support business growth objectives and increases optionality for our customers. The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of new incentive structures and capabilities. Additionally, this role will coordinate with a dedicated software development team to implement these optimizations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
