About the Team Our CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising. We provide digital marketing solutions to help CPG brands and advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. This role will be responsible for campaign analytics and optimizations across our performance media products. About the Role We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, highly-motivated individual to support our Mid-Market CPG Ads business. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, S&O, and Product to scale media analytics, tooling, and enablement across a large and growing advertiser base. This role will pull from your media knowledge and technical skills to build tools and processes oriented towards scale; enabling thousands of advertisers to drive performance media on DoorDash. Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to support Mid-Market campaign performance and optimization Use SQL, dashboards, Sheets, email, and CRM workflows to automate and scale insights and recommendations Translate performance data into repeatable narratives and templates for Sales and advertiser use Own live training sessions and office hours for Mid-Market Sales, while publishing self-serve enablement materials Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, inform product roadmap decisions, and support go-to-market initiatives Apply strong media strategy judgment to ensure scaled recommendations remain high quality and advertiser-centric You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Analyze & Influence : You enjoy hunting for insights and using data to share meaningful learnings and make actionable recommendations Problem Solve & Scale : You are ready to roll up your sleeves and help build new and improve current processes and tools to increase the reach and impact of your work Partner : You’ve worked closely with sales and account teams before and know what data they - and their partners - need to achieve their marketing goals
