About The Position

The LMS Administrator / Training Coordinator will play a key role in the success of Guidehouse people’s career development. The LMS Admin will create learning modules and employee experience opportunities in our Cornerstone learning management system and document upgrades in our tracking documents. The LMS Admin will also provide service and support for our people by responding to customer service through our ServiceNow system. This position will work directly with content owners and facilitators from the business and assist with their ability to use instructor admin tools in Cornerstone. The role will be an active participant in process improvement and innovation to bring world-class training to the workforce. The position will report to our LMS Lead and work with the global Learning & Development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Client Services, Sales or related areas
  • At least one year of experience as an LMS Administrator or Cornerstone
  • Proven experience creating learning modules on the Cornerstone LMS including creating/implementing/updating tests and surveys, courses and classes, categories, content, activities and tasks, granting credit and closing classes, and more
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to process and utilize diverse information including organizational structure, drivers of business change, eLearning content libraries, and the functionalities of the learning management system
  • Attention to detail to repeat routine tasks accurately and utilize tracking tools for system and process updates
  • Desire to take responsibility for own actions and working accordingly to get the job done
  • Ability to follow directions to meet current quality standards and contribute ideas to improve processes and user experience
  • A customer service mindset to ensure matters related to client or potential clients are handled in a way that creates positive lasting impressions with high quality
  • Proficient in M365 Copilot, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to take on other duties as assigned and as needed with a positive and willing attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
  • HTML coding experience or ability to learn HTML coding
  • Cornerstone LMS Administrator (Cornerstone Core Systems Specialist, Cornerstone Learning Management Specialist, Learning Management Expert, and/or Learning Experience Specialist) certification(s)
  • Experience in advanced admin functions like curricula, badging, and analytics
  • Experience with Saba Cloud LMS
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Power BI skills to process Analytics reports
