We are seeking a Director (Senior Associate- level) to join our Human Resources retained executive search practice. Directors typically have a primary and secondary practice. The HR Practice would be your major, and an industry or other functional practice would be your minor. This is a high-accountability role for an experienced executive search professional who wants to own the research strategy and lead first-round executive assessment across complex, enterprise-level searches. Our HR Practice focuses on senior HR leadership roles — including CHRO, CPO, Chief Talent Officer, SVP Total Rewards, and Head of Talent Acquisition — primarily within large, complex, and Fortune 500 organizations.
