About The Position

This individual is responsible for primarily supporting technical and administrative HR needs of isolved clients and HR Services team. HR Associates serve as key customer service contact for internal and external stakeholders, including interacting over the phone and via email with clients and client employees.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Accounting or similar field. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Work experience may substitute for advanced education.
  • 1-2 years of HR administration experience is preferred. Minimum of successful completion of an HR internship or six months of office management experience is required.
  • Proven effective oral and written communications skills.
  • Be detail oriented, accurate, organized, and proficient in working with data entry and audits.
  • Apply to practice discretion when handling private health information and other sensitive information.
  • Written: Advanced – must write clearly and professionally in U.S. English and Spanish.
  • Spoken: Intermediate to Advanced – must be comfortable speaking on calls with U.S. employees and HR clients using proper tone and grammar
  • Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a queue of inquiries/requests/projects in support of HR Services clients.
  • Provide client support by answering phone calls/emails and/or directing questions to appropriate personnel.
  • Project manage and complete new HR Services client implementations.
  • Complete, assist and troubleshoot HR Services vendor portals including but not limited to labor law posters, HR Support Center, EAP, etc.
  • Process terminated HR Services clients.
  • Assist team with various tasks such as processing simple payroll and benefits changes in isolved including new hires, terminations and employee status changes, etc., responding to unemployment claims, processing wage garnishment requests, preparing forms for leave of absence, pulling policy/form templates on request.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of isolved modules and functionality, understand how to run reports in isolved, create onboarding and offboarding templates and employee messages, etc.
  • Complete various miscellaneous HR tasks for client companies such as completing background checks, recruiting administration, benefit bill reconciliation, filing workers-compensation reports, and other duties as assigned.
  • Support clients and projects in the absence of peers as needed.
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
  • Special projects as assigned/requested.
  • May participate in a variety of HR related projects such as creating position descriptions, entering policy data into a handbook generator, preparing new hire onboarding packets, etc.
  • May assist and manage HR Services data audits.
  • May proactively provide feedback and solutions on processes and SOP's related to the HR Associate role.
