About The Position

Grubhub+ is a national subscription based loyalty program with millions of members across Grubhub and Seamless brands. This is a multi-faceted role responsible for the development and implementations of lifecycle strategies and marketing campaigns to drive activation and increase the frequency of orders from our subscriber base. You will work closely with internal business units and cross-functional teams like CRM, product, merchant marketing and more to create impactful, integrated lifecycle strategies, and own the day-to-day execution of campaigns that align with Grubhub’s broader brand and growth objectives. You’ll think holistically about how to activate and retain each segment of our customer base, using data, insights, creativity, and collaboration to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, strategy & analytics or product marketing
  • Experience running and optimizing lifecycle marketing and gamification including challenges, badges, streaks and rewards
  • Excellent communication, organization, storytelling, and collaboration skills to effectively influence various functional groups such as product and CRM
  • Creative, detail-oriented and analytical thinker with excitement for innovative thinking
  • Proven success to execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns including managing project timelines and implementations
  • Ability to understand or analyze data and insights including cohorts, retention curves and frequency charts to drive decision making and recommendation
  • Experience with testing, segmentation, personalization and targeting frameworks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and ability to operate in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, develop, and optimize lifecycle campaigns by partnering with CRM, product, enterprise marketing, and other teams to deliver relevant, timely experiences to drive activation, retention, and frequency.
  • Collaborate across business units such as product, marketing, analytics, etc., to build integrated, high impact initiatives that contribute to the company top line goals.
  • Build trust and relationships with cross functional teams through day-to-day communication and strategic planning processes.
  • Identify gaps & develop business cases to swiftly tackle strategic opportunities.
  • Leverage data and insights, crafting compelling pitches that deliver against goals.
  • Lead the execution of gamification, using a test-and-learn approach to continually refine, grounding approach in a deep understanding of audience segments, and leveraging partnership with Product, CRM, design, and engineering to bring vision to life.
  • Analyze test performance and distill into actionable insights.
  • Present and champion ideas internally, using compelling storytelling and data to influence stakeholders.
  • Prioritize effectively, managing multiple campaign timelines and balancing strategic priorities with executional demands.
