Grubhub+ is a national subscription based loyalty program with millions of members across Grubhub and Seamless brands. This is a multi-faceted role responsible for the development and implementations of lifecycle strategies and marketing campaigns to drive activation and increase the frequency of orders from our subscriber base. You will work closely with internal business units and cross-functional teams like CRM, product, merchant marketing and more to create impactful, integrated lifecycle strategies, and own the day-to-day execution of campaigns that align with Grubhub’s broader brand and growth objectives. You’ll think holistically about how to activate and retain each segment of our customer base, using data, insights, creativity, and collaboration to deliver measurable results.
