Role Overview : As a Senior Associate, Lifecycle Marketing, you own the tactical execution of GTM lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging, focused on pre-enroll, awareness, consideration, and acquisition stages.. You partner closely with Sales, PMM, and Analytics to support GTM initiatives, demand generation efforts, and targeted acquisition campaigns. You manage day-to-day campaign workflows from concept through deployment, using your marketing instincts to deliver timely, personalized communications. You collaborate closely with design, content, and analytics partners to optimize campaign performance, ensure compliance, and deliver value across the pre-enroll customer lifecycle. You also contribute to process improvements and act as a go-to resource for operational best practices within the team.
