You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. The Senior Associate, Global Private Wealth Operations will serve as support function to the Head of Global Private Wealth and the Chief Operating Officer, Global Private Wealth—providing leverage, throughput, and organizational lift for both C-suite executives. This position is responsible for providing dependable organizational and project support, providing executive readiness for meetings and client interactions, and ensuring key initiatives are organized and progress smoothly throughout the team providing follow up, as necessary. The ideal candidate is someone who: Builds simple systems to track decisions, actions, and deadlines. Is a self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintains composure under pressure; and is comfortable with intensity, ambiguity, and fast-changing priorities—able to push back respectfully and follow up persistently to drive closure.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities (especially the ability to draft clear, concise leader-ready materials).
  • The ability to turn rough inputs into clear, concise written output.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and at all organizational levels
  • 5+ years in management consulting, business operations, investment operations, finance, program/project management, or a similar execution-oriented role.

Nice To Haves

  • Private equity or fund of funds experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership Leverage & Execution Support: Support leaders to clarify priorities, translate them into actionable plans, and drive progress on operational improvements and special projects through strong coordination, tracking, and follow-through.
  • Executive Communications & Materials: Draft and coordinate materials for leaders (e.g., memos, presentations, dashboards) and ensure input, reviews, and deadlines are managed across internal stakeholders.
  • Meeting & Agenda Management: Work with EA’s to coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, ensure follow-ups, and track key action items.
  • Operational Coordination: Partner with operations, finance, and investment teams to support reporting rhythms, surface dependencies/risks, and help drive process improvements.
  • Issue Identification & Follow-Through: Spot operational bottlenecks, track down potential solution resources, and coordinate owners to implement fixes and track outcomes.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion during leadership meetings, maintaining key details for governance purposes as necessary.
  • And other responsibilities as required
