You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. The Associate, Product Marketing, Global Private Wealth sits within the Global Private Wealth marketing organization and supports the firm’s sales and product enablement activities. The role’s primary focus is to own US distributor and platform launches, coordinating marketing readiness, assets, and cross‑functional delivery while partnering with colleagues internationally to support similar launches in their regions. Requirements

  • Experience in the US wealth marketplace, including exposure to distributor and platform launch processes
  • Familiarity with private markets products; experience with ongoing/evergreen structures is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex investment and product concepts into compelling, sales‑ready materials
  • Cross‑functional project coordination experience (Product, Investment, Compliance, Sales, Client Servicing)
  • Hands‑on experience with RFPs/DDQs and investor diligence workflows
  • Strong presentation development skills; familiarity with enablement/content tools (e.g., Seismic, Loopio) is a plus
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.S), or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in product marketing, sales enablement, product specialist, capital‑raising support, or related roles within asset management, wealth management, or private markets

Responsibilities

  • Product Launches & Enablement
  • Own marketing readiness and execution for US distributor and platform product launches, managing timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and issues
  • Translate product positioning into sales‑ready materials, owning launch packaging, delivery, and activation for priority wealth channels
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Product, Investment, Compliance, Sales, and Client Servicing teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent launch execution
  • Partner with Content and Client Marketing teams to deliver coordinated launch plans and channel activation
  • Support international colleagues by sharing frameworks, procedures, and reusable assets to drive global consistency
  • Sales Materials & Content Management
  • Develop, maintain, and tailor core product and channel‑specific materials, including presentations, FAQs, training, DDQs, and data rooms
  • Ensure materials remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved firm and product narratives
  • Maintain presentation libraries and documentation repositories to enable efficient reuse across launches and fundraising activity
  • RFP, DDQ & Client Support
  • Manage responses to RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, and other investor diligence requests
  • Coordinate inputs from investment and product teams and contribute to structured response libraries
  • Support client and sales inquiries with timely, high‑quality customized materials
