Senior Associate - Global Operations

About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding organizational skills to assist our Global Operations group with cross-functional workstream support, routine reporting and documentation, meeting logistics coordination, and special project execution. In this role, the Global Operations Senior Associate will primarily be focused on coordination and support across multiple operational workstreams to support global operation internal projects and business initiatives. This is an opportunity for an individual looking to grow and foster in a professional services environment. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills who is looking for an opportunity to grow with a premier professional services firm. The Global Operations Senior Associate will be a member of the Global Operations team and will report to the Global Expansion Lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or coursework in marketing, communications or a related field;
  • 3-5 years' previous project management experience preferred;
  • Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); formulas and pivot tables preferred
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, detail oriented, and proactive;
  • Strong attention to detail and effective project management skills;
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Functions autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines; managing confidential information in a reliable manner
